Where can i get good sweatpants?

Okay so, basically i was just wondering where to get good sweatpants as "casual wear" if you will, some that fit tight but not too tight at the same time just not really baggy, and good quality of course, I'm a 16 year old male and i live in Illinois so if anyone knows anywhere i would like to know :p thanks for your time (:
