Are Lexus vehicles good quality, reliable vehicles?

Ok, I'm not very smart when it comes to cars lol so I thought I would ask about the Lexus vehicles. Right now I have a 96 Honda, and I'm looking to get a Lexus GS430, but I just wanted to know are they fairly reliable/dependable cars?
