The Rams sign Trent Green as a backup, is this a good decision or bad?

Trent Green has great leadership skills, and he will now have Torry Holt, and Drew Bennet to help out his p attack. Marc Bulger in my opinion will see an injury this year, and im almost certain Green will step in. Will Green be good for this team or bad with the offensive weapons the Rams have in Torry Holt Steven Jackson Drew Bennet and Randy Mcmichael?
