Someone please help me? mono...?

ok my parents found out i had a bf and i was supposed to break up with him but i didnt til a week later... me kissed 3 times and ive had a sore throat and sinus drainage and fatige r these symptoms of mono? im worried if mta parents find out i have mono they will guess that i kissed him and i would get grounded for even longer.... im 14 in 8th grade and cant date
