Why am i having these dreams?

today was the second time i had a dream about my boyfriend cheating on me with some girl, its the same girl in both dreams i think. But both times i woke up knowing a name, today it was trish or trisha i thought it was the same name as last time but my man says last time it was a diff name. They are so vivid and so real when i wake up i feel like i haven't had any sleep cuz my dream was so active. I have had dreams come true before but i cant figure out if i am just paranoid or if there is meaning to it. Also i don't think the name is actually said in the dream i just wake up and know the name of the girl in the dream its so weird and confusing. Can anyone out there that has knowledge of stuff like this help me to understand?
