When your spirit is somewhat broken, do you still exercise through the hardship?

U R on the right track. Physical exercise when we are hurt or heartbroken is very healing. Don't forget favorite music as well. If U R depressed while doing the laundry put a few drops of lavender into the washing machine wash or rinse water. It will cheer U up, as well as make the clothes smell better!
