I really need some helpful advice please?

I am living in Detroit, Michigan right now and I am very unhappy here. I am unhappy here because the crime is really bad here. We are starting to have random killings here. Two people were walking down my street early one morning when they randomly shot and killed. I am in fear for my safety and for my relatives safety as well. Right now I am living my life in constant fear. I am so afraid to even leave the house now. I can't afford to pack up and move because I don't have money ,and I don't want to live my life in fear. Are there any safe places out of state that will help me find employment and get into my own place. Can someone please provide some advice. And serious answers only please?
