Egypt: Cairo, seriously, Is the black cloud over Cairo , allowed as a way to reduce the population of Egypt ?

I am surprised ,I have not seen any objection to this phenomena here , as if eating rice is more important than to live, or entering the bathroom with the left leg is more serious than your health !!!!
