Do you feel our world is biased?

We live in a world that denounces racism and segregation but at the same time we are continuously labeled based on color. As the media uses terms "african American" or "hispanic" when referring to a crime that may have been committed. The organization NAACP do you think that this is a hate filled group or are they helpful? and should we provide help to those based on color? does color make us less of a person or less smart or driven? Are we all trully created equally? Can African Americans or Hispanics be equally hateful or racist??
